Courage is my online program that helps you harness your thoughts and emotions, and use them to start creating your life as you want it to be. A life that is you, that represents every part of who you are. It’s a journey of self-exploration. Learning about where you are and where you want to go. Your life. Your choices. Your individuality.
Why Do We Hold Ourselves Back?
We all have a wonderful ability to positively impact the people around us and ourselves just by being who we are. The problem is we don’t believe it. We don’t think we have the skills or the abilities, and often we don’t really believe we deserve it. So we ignore it. We convince ourselves that our life is the way it is and we don’t make any real changes. We get in our own way. The truth is, the only way to true happiness is through being ourselves.

We spend our lives running, busy, stressed. We’re focused on moving forward, achieving, just trying to keep up. But keep up with what? We think if we run fast enough that somehow we’ll get ahead. It’s like we’re trying to outrun our thoughts. But we can’t. We all have something inside us we want to give, share, create. It might be a project, an idea, a hobby, or just a genuine part of ourselves that we don’t want to have to hide any longer. But for some reason we just can’t seem to take the steps we know we want or need to take. If this is you, then this program could be a good fit.
How Will This Program Help Me?
Each module will walk you through every stage step by step. You start by looking at where you are right now and what you really want from your life. You’ll begin to really understand why you are where you are, what matters to you, where you want to go and how you can reconnect with you.
Module 1: Embrace The Now
This module explores your life and who you really are. You’ll learn about the role your emotions play and how you can make them work for you. We look at your values, what really matters to you, and how you can use this meaning to fuel change.
Module 2: Creating The Map
This module is designed to help you figure it all out. We all have beliefs that keep us from what we’re really capable of. Usually we’re not even aware we have them. Here, we identify your beliefs and find alternatives that support you, and we create your vision for your life.
Module 3: Take Back Control
Our mind is the centre of everything. Every decision we make is based on how we think and feel. In order to take back control, we have to understand what’s happening in our minds. We will work on breaking those negative cycles and choosing alternative and more positive thoughts.
Module 4: Transformation
Transformation walks you through the tools I use to dramatically change my emotional state and stay connected to myself and my goals.
Module 5: The Contingency Plan
We will be tested. There will be times when we want to give up and we can find ourselves falling back into old habits. That’s why we need to know what techniques we can rely on to get us back on track and feeling like the strongest version of ourselves.
Module 6: Your Relationship With You
The relationship we have with ourselves is the most important relationship we will ever have. In this final module, we deepen our understanding of the relationship we have with ourselves, and learn how to treat ourselves with compassion and embrace our own individuality.
How Does It Work?
You pay a monthly fee of £12.50. This allows you to access all the course material and work through it at your own pace. You’ll also get access to the Courage Community, our space where we come together to share experiences and support each other. There’s a 3-day free trial, so you have the chance to register, experience the site and decide whether you’re ready to take on this journey.
