Why I believe in an immersive coaching experience with unlimited access

You’d think that in 2024 every gap in the market would be taken. I knew most coaches were doing 1:1 sessions for maybe an hour a week, at least in mainstream coaching. The people determined to scale their businesses to greater heights are creating masterminds and offering group coaching. But what no one seemed to be offering was what I really wanted to do and that is unlimited access coaching. Some people offered unlimited access as part of a group offer but no one seemed to be offering anything truly immersive. This is why I think that is and why I believe in this way of working, especially for mindset, spirituality and transformational coaching:

The main reason almost no one is offering this is because they’re falling into one of two camps: They’re either trying to do what everybody else is doing which is one session a week, often at a low price. OR they’re aiming for success through scalability by creating a system that allows for a larger number of clients with less one to one time. And this is where I feel there’s a space for something different:

Unlimited access allows for much deeper transformation. Yes you might be able to shift someone’s perspective quickly and time is not the only factor in helping people achieve their goals. Especially with business coaching a smaller amount of time with actionable suggestions makes sense. But when the goal is to delve into the intricacies of a person’s perspectives, thoughts, beliefs and emotions to create a life of happiness and fulfilment a more open approach to time and communication can not only create deeper transformation but also a more meaningful coaching experience.

I was drawn to this approach because of the depth it offers, not just for the client but for me. Working with a small number of clients at a higher level is the opposite of what we see so often on social media today (and believe me I relate to this because I’ve done it and made the mistake) - it’s the difference between wide and shallow or focused and deep. The relationship between the coach and client is the catalyst for change. And how significant that change is depends greatly on that relationship. So I choose fewer people, greater impact.
